Marty and Steve found themselves in an utterly bewildering environment, subjected to the influence of an all-powerful Plant. There was nothing to fear; all that the boys needed to do was enjoy the tranquility of the Plant's domain. And then they met Thurgood, and that was impossible, for Thurgood must surely be dead ?
